We’re looking to grow our team with someone who can become an expert in all areas of WP Site Care. At least one year of experience in customer support is something we’re looking for, even if it’s outside of WordPress. For example, some of our top support agents have worked at companies like Brookstone, Qdoba, Starbucks, and beauty salons. They understand what it means to deliver a great experience to customers, and how to provide the best service possible. You’ll work one-on-one with customers, helping them troubleshoot and debug WordPress issues. You’ll be an advocate to help them get the most out of their websites. Occasionally, you’ll be diving into some code, doing live screen shares, or having a quick Skype chat – anything that can be done to go the extra mile to better serve our customers. You care about customers and their success. Not only because their long term success means that we’ll be more successful as a company, but also because you really love helping people and seeing them succeed.
